General Terms and Conditions
• Free Registration
• The course fee excludes VAT of 5% and course material.
• Full payment is required at least 48 Hours prior to the start of the course.
• If students do not attend a scheduled lesson (for group class), it cannot be rescheduled, and it will be considered as taken.
• Prime Focus Educational Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session or course due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Group sessions cannot be rescheduled by the student.
• Private and semi-private students must inform the Institute at least 24 hours prior to the cancellation or rescheduling of a session otherwise it will be counted as taken.
• The classes duration of any course taking place outside PFES Institute’s premises should not be less than 90 minutes.
Corporate Group Terms and Conditions
• Full payment and signed agreement is required in advance before the start date of the training.
• Rescheduling or cancelling a lesson, should be done at least 48 Hours and it must be with the consensus of all participants, or the lesson will be considered as taken.
• If any student does not attend a lesson, the session will still be considered taken and there will be no make-up lesson.
• Prime Focus Educational Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session or course due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Refund policy applies as per terms and conditions of the agreed training contract.
