• Cancelling the attendance in an ongoing group course forfeits the right of claiming any refund or attending a different course.

• Cancelling an ongoing One-to-one(private) or Duo (semiprivate course);

• If the learner wishes to discontinue classes, he/she is entitled to a refund of uncovered hours provided they have original receipt as proof of payment.

• Failure to attend classes for 3 months without notification, automatically terminates contract with no refund.

• There is no refund of any sort after 1 months of booking your classes.

• If the course is postponed or cancelled by Prime Focus Educational Services, 100% refund is applicable.

• Books and other learning material which is used will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
