Terms and Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Registration & Payment 

Full payment is required to confirm your child’s spot. Fees are non-refundable unless canceled by us.

2.⁠ ⁠Attendance & Timing 

Camp runs 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Mon–Thu) & till 12:45 PM on Fridays. Late pickups may attract a fee.

3.⁠ ⁠Age Groups 

Kids will be grouped by age to ensure appropriate learning and interaction.

4.⁠ ⁠Health & Safety 

Inform us of any medical conditions. Sick children should stay home. Parents will be contacted in case of emergency.

5.⁠ ⁠Behavior 

Respectful conduct is expected. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal without a refund.

6.⁠ ⁠Snacks 

Children must bring their own snacks and water. Avoid nut-based or allergy-prone foods.

7.⁠ ⁠Photos & Media 

Photos/videos may be used for marketing. Inform us in writing if you don’t consent.

8.⁠ ⁠Activities 

Activities may be adjusted if needed. We aim to deliver the full planned program.

9.⁠ ⁠Liability 

We are not responsible for lost items, accidents, or injuries, though all precautions are taken.
